Summertime is a sweet thing. The light lasts until well after eight o’clock when skies fade into twilight and days are filled with sandy toes and sparklers at night. Kelsey is an endless summer gal: you can find her outside most of the time, whether it’s at the beach, playing soccer, or both. I was ecstatic that we could incorporate that summertime essence into her session, and we were beyond blessed with golden light and some pretty fantastic weather. Besides being outdoors, Kelsey digs jamming out to the likes of Bethel Music and Tori Kelly. She has a passion for helping others and working with children; after graduation, she will be heading off to pursue a degree in Pediatric Occupational Therapy.
We met right on the dot and began shooting at a location less visited, which was a blast to rediscover and worked perfectly with the overall feel of the shoot. I was excited to explore a new location after we finished up at the first, but you’ll just have to scroll down a bit to see it. Everything went as planned, and some things worked out better than I could’ve hoped, for both weather and for light. Kelsey, you’re an amazing gal, and I wish you the best in all you do!

Have a wonderful Thursday, everyone!
