At The Moment, 4-14-14

Sorry for the unannounced blogging hiatus, friends! Between traveling for a week and working on photo sessions, I’ve barely had time to breathe. Here’s a glimpse of what’s been going on over here.

At the moment, I’m:
-Working on four recent and amazing senior sessions that were all shot in the same week.
-Wondering why a plane ticket to California is cheaper than a ticket to Northern Florida.
-Finishing up classes and coming to the realization that high school graduation is a mere month away. Dang, that was fast.
-Wanting to rewatch The Secret Life of Walter Mitty. It’s one of the best movies I’ve seen this year and the cinematography is stunning. If you haven’t watched it, go do so.
-Secretly researching how to build a life-size TARDIS. How boss would that be?

Go out and live your week to the fullest.

Quote of the day: “How terribly sad it was that people are made in such a way that they get used to something as extraordinary as living.”
-Jostein Gaarder

  1. Hi Emily! This is Michelle Lindsey, Hailey and Dustin’s mom. I just want to drop you a little note here to let you know that Hailey and I have thoroughly enjoyed browsing your photos. You are truly gifted, Emily. I love reading your blog too! I am impressed with how much you have accomplished here! The way you include scripture is wonderful, and I look forward to your ‘quote of the day’ at the end of each entry. 🙂 Keep up the beautiful work. God bless you!

    • Hello Ms. Michelle! Thank you so much for dropping by and leaving a kind word, it means a lot. I’m glad you are enjoying the blog and I hope you’re all doing well! 🙂
